In My Experience
In all my years as a dietitian, I’ve watched patients beat themselves up because they couldn’t follow a certain “diet”. They felt worthless and like it was their fault that they couldn’t be successful or reach their goals. They compare themselves to others instead of acknowledging how far they have come. Health is not something we come to overnight but it’s something we have to constantly maintain. So I want to take this journey with you as your guide to reach your goals. It’s not about being perfect or counting everything that goes in your mouth or following a plan to a T. It’s about finding lifestyle changes that work best for you and that you can maintain long term. I believe nutrition should be supportive and not restrictive, focusing on what you can eat and not what you can’t. We so rarely invest in ourselves and our own health, let me help you make yourself a priority again.

How We Work Together - The Process
I want to help you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin and free you from the diet mindset by incorporating lifestyle changes. I strive to help those who are confused about what to eat in understanding the nuances of nutrition and that all foods can fit into a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. You deserve to feel confident in your food choices and overcome feeling obsessed and guilty over eating certain foods.

Through 1:1 coaching, I work with you to teach you how to eat, not what to eat. I will meet you where you currently are and discuss realistic changes to move forward. By guiding you to learn to trust your body and become attuned to your hunger and fullness cues, you can free yourself from the shame and stress of chronic dieting. Let me help you to accept and appreciate your body by giving you the proper tools to live your most genuine, fulfilling and healthy life. Every Body's Nutrition and Wellness
I created Every Body’s Nutrition and Wellness because I understand that health is not a one size fits all. Each of our bodies is unique so what works for one person might not work for another. I will provide personalized care to address your own needs and goals to coach you along your journey. It’s important to help you learn to listen to your body again, instead of just following all these rules and restrictions around food and health. There are countless “diets” out there and it becomes absolutely overwhelming to understand all the health information made available. I want to help you understand and interpret all that medical jargon so you can best apply it to your life. You don’t need to get on the scale, that is something we can decide together based on your goals. I am not here to tell you to eat steamed chicken and broccoli at every meal. I am here to work with you on a realistic plan that suits YOUR BODY and provide the tools to build healthy habits. I will never ask you to give up the foods you love but help you choose the foods that make you feel your best physically and mentally!
